This page covers what happens to the information you send us through this site.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we store what you type into the form - name, company, email, phone, the quantity and budget you describe, delivery city and date, and any message. If you arrive from an email campaign we also record which campaign brought you, so we can tell which mailers are worth sending.
We do not collect anything else. There is no advertising network on this site and no cross-site tracking.
What we do with it
We use it to quote for your gifting requirement and to follow up on that quote. If you give us an email address it is added to our gifting mailing list, and every mailer we send carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Where an order goes ahead, we hold the delivery details needed to ship it. On a gifting portal that includes employee names and addresses, held for the programme and removed on request.
We do not sell contact details, and we do not pass them to anyone beyond the carriers who have to deliver the boxes.
Removing your details
Email us and we will delete what we hold. Unsubscribing from the mailing list is immediate; removal of an enquiry record is done on request.
