Putting your logo on it
Branding is where gifting orders usually slip. Not because it is difficult, but because the method gets chosen before anyone checks what the product surface will actually take.
The four methods
Which one applies is decided by the product, not by preference.
Laser engraving
Metal, wood, bamboo, leather. Permanent, single-colour, and the most premium-looking of the four. Cannot reproduce a multi-colour logo.
Screen printing
Fabric, coated plastics, ceramics. Good solid colour coverage and economical at volume; each colour is a separate pass, so complex logos cost more.
UV printing
Hard flat surfaces. Handles full colour and gradients, which is the reason to choose it over screen printing when the logo demands it.
Custom packaging
When the product itself should not be marked - a premium appliance, or anything with a warranty seal. The sleeve, box or card carries the brand instead.
The two things that cost time
Artwork is the first. A logo supplied as a low-resolution image lifted from a website cannot be engraved cleanly, and re-drawing it adds days. Vector artwork - AI, EPS, PDF or SVG - is what production needs.
The sample is the second, and it is the one worth protecting. We brand a single piece, photograph it and send it for sign-off before the run starts. Skipping that step is how an order of five hundred arrives with the logo a shade off, and there is no recovering from it in the festive window.
